Our range includes not only standard transport rollers but also various transport rollers with tilting mechanisms. Like all rollers, the tilt rollers are designed for commercial and industrial use and effortlessly withstand tremendous loads. The individual rollers with tilt mechanism differ in their features, so we will introduce them to you in more detail below.
Tilt Transport Rollers – The Individual Models
In our shop, we offer the KSR tilt mechanism transport roller in 4 different versions. The frame is made of high-quality, impact-resistant, and durable ABS plastic. You will receive 6 rollers per packaging unit. The loading area is sized at 600 x 400 mm and each transport roller is delivered in ABS gray frame color. Not only the frame but also the tilt mechanism is built robustly to ensure reliable and unrestricted function even after many years. While the rollers are essentially identical in construction, they differ in wheel equipment. We offer the tilt transport rollers with the following wheel setups:

Stainless Steel Transport Rollers with Tilt Mechanism
In addition to the plastic rollers, our shop offers two stainless steel rollers with tilting function. Both models are designed for containers sized 600 x 400 mm and are delivered with, for example, 4 rollers depending on the chosen packaging unit. The stainless steel transport rollers differ in wheel equipment. Both models have the middle pair of wheels raised to enable the useful tilting mechanism.

Double Stainless Steel Roller
Furthermore, we offer the item number ESR8060PA, a double stainless steel transport roller with tilting function. This is intended for transporting 2 containers sized 600 x 400 mm and therefore has a loading area of 600 x 800 mm, where 2 containers can be arranged side by side. The double stainless steel roller comes equipped with 6 PA wheels as standard. The middle pair of wheels is raised to enable the tilting function. Upon request, you can also get this double transport roller with a different wheel setup. Please contact us.
