Despite the highest quality and proven materials, it can sometimes happen that material becomes fatigued or breaks due to overuse. For such cases, we have spare parts ready in our shop for plastbox transport rollers as well as Speedy and Maxi chassis. Defective parts are easily replaced with new spare parts. This reduces downtime, keeps costs low, and is environmentally friendly.

Spare Parts for Transport Rollers & Speedy

With frames for transport rollers, Cool -30 frames, and Speedy frames, we offer cost-effective spare parts for rollers. The roll frames for standard transport rollers are made of high-impact ABS plastic and are delivered in top-notch new condition. The frame weighs 1,720 g and is up to 8 mm thick. The frame is available in colors of red, yellow, blue, green, and natural, and is suitable for all Euro-standard containers in sizes of 600 x 400 mm and 400 x 300 mm. Each packaging unit contains 17 plastic frames. Smaller quantities are available upon request. The cold-resistant Cool -30 plastic frame is also made of high-impact ABS plastic and is built and sized similarly to the standard frame as described earlier. Cool -30 is also resistant to cold temperatures up to -30°C. The cold-resistant plastic frame is available in the color ice blue. The packaging unit includes 17 pieces; different quantities are also available upon request. The ABS plastic Speedy frame is delivered in the color red and has a loading area of 570 x 370 mm. Each packaging unit contains 20 Speedy plastic frames. Smaller quantities are possible; for orders of over 500 pieces, additional color variations are available upon request.

Spare Parts for Maxi Chassis

If you need spare parts for your Maxi chassis or want to order spare parts as a preventive measure to avoid downtime, we have spare corners and additional aluminum profiles for Maxi rollers available here. The corners for aluminum profiles are made of high-impact ABS plastic and are delivered in the colors red or gray. For orders of 500 pieces, additional colors can be requested. If aluminum profiles need to be replaced, you need aluminum profiles in different lengths, or if your company has suffered a loss, please direct your specific inquiry to us through the contact form. We are happy to provide prompt advice. The delivery of profiles for Maxi chassis is directly from the factory; the delivery time will be coordinated with you.
