ESD Transport Rollers
In certain applications, special rollers such as electrically conductive transport rollers are required. ESD transport rollers are available in various configurations for such applications.
ESD Transport Rollers Made of Conductive ABS
We offer the Type 500 and Type 600 ABS rollers for conductive plastic containers measuring 600 x 400 mm and 400 x 300 mm, allowing space for either one or two containers side by side on the loading surface. The ESD transport rollers are equipped with sturdy wheel forks and galvanized fasteners. The plastic frame can withstand long-term use and is constructed from conductive ABS. The frame is marked with ESD labeling.

ESD transport rollers are available in two versions. We present both variants here so that you can choose the right model.
Item 5391.500
This ESD roller is designed to move loads of up to 200 kg and is equipped with conductive rubber wheels with a diameter of 75 mm. The outer dimensions are 620 x 420 x 140 mm.
Item 5391.510
This model is designed to carry loads of up to 250 kg. The manufacturer uses conductive rubber wheels with a diameter of 100 mm on the ESD transport roller. The outer dimensions are 620 x 420 x 175 mm.
